Booking terms & privacy

Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to Dubai Couple Photoshoot sessions provided by Love Emotions Weddings.

Booking terms

  1. Enquiry is not a booking. Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and receive your deposit.
  2. Quotation. We send a written quotation listing the package, locations, date, session time, total price, deposit amount and anything included or excluded. The quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
  3. Deposit and balance. A deposit secures your date and photographer. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot day, as stated in your quotation.
  4. Locations and routes. Locations are subject to route feasibility, travel time, opening hours, crowds, access rules and photography permissions. If a location becomes unavailable on the day, we will suggest a comparable alternative.
  5. Session time. Package duration starts at the agreed meeting time. Late arrival may shorten the session; extra time can be added if the photographer is available, at the rate stated in your quotation.
  6. Not included unless stated. Travel between locations, attraction entry tickets, parking, permit fees, props, outfits, hair and makeup are not included unless your quotation lists them.
  7. Desert safari and yacht sessions. Both are all inclusive. The Desert Safari includes pickup and drop-off from your hotel, the safari vehicle, taxes and camp fees. The Yacht Photoshoot includes the yacht charter, marina fees and taxes, with the meeting point at Dubai Marina. Availability is confirmed with the operator before you pay a deposit.
  8. Photo delivery. After the shoot you receive an easy selection link to choose your photos. Edited photos are delivered within 48 hours of your final selection. Original photos are shared after selection. Delivery times can be longer during public holidays; we will tell you in advance.
  9. Use of photos. You may use your photos for personal purposes. We will only use your photos in our portfolio or marketing with your written permission.
  10. Conduct and safety. We follow local laws and venue rules in Dubai. The photographer may pause or relocate a session if a location is unsafe or if venue staff ask us to stop.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Rescheduling by you. You can move your date once at no charge if you tell us at least 48 hours before the shoot, subject to availability during your stay.
  • Cancellation by you. The deposit secures time we decline for other clients, so it is non-refundable unless we can rebook your slot. Any balance already paid is refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before the shoot.
  • Weather. If rain, sandstorm or an official advisory makes the shoot unsafe or impractical, we reschedule to the next available slot during your stay at no charge. If no slot works, we refund your deposit in full.
  • Cancellation by us. If we have to cancel for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund of everything you paid.
  • Supplier bookings. Yacht and safari cancellations follow the supplier's own cancellation terms, which we share with your quotation.

Privacy policy

What we collect. When you enquire we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, preferred date, package, locations, occasion, group size, session time and any notes you add. We also record how you found us (for example the advertising campaign or website that sent you) and the time of your enquiry.

How we use it. We use your details to reply to your enquiry, check availability, prepare your quotation, manage your booking and deliver your photos. We send marketing messages only if you ticked the marketing consent box, and you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or asking us.

Who sees it. Your details are stored in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet used only by our team. We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with suppliers involved in your booking, such as a yacht or safari operator.

Analytics. This website may use analytics cookies to measure visits and enquiries in aggregate. These do not identify you by name.

How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
